  1. The copyrights and publishing rights of all the texts in the Minority Protection Journal are owned by the respective writers without any limitations.

This Journal is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which grants author(s) the freedom to share, copy, and redistribute their materials in any medium or format. Additionally, author(s) are permitted to adapt, rewrite, change, and build upon their manuscripts for any purpose.

 

  1. The licensor cannot withdraw these freedoms as long as the author(s) adhere to the licence terms.

 

  1. Users/readers are granted the right to access, retrieve, duplicate, distribute, print, search, or link the content exhibited on the Journal's website, as long as the integrity of the publications is preserved and the original author(s), citation details, and publisher are accurately acknowledged. Users are prohibited from altering or adjusting any of the copyrighted information in any manner.

 

  1. Under the terms of this agreement, it is strictly prohibited to alter or delete any copyright notices from the acquired work.

 

  1. Within the above framework and by agreeing to the publication of their articles, the author(s) provide the Minority Protection Journal with a licence to publish their articles and identify itself as the original publisher.

 

  1. By submitting an article to the Minority Protection Journal, authors confirm that they have the permission of their co-authors to enter into these arrangements.

 

  1. The author(s) guarantee, on behalf of themselves and all co-authors, that the article is original, has not been published in any other academic journal, is not being considered by any other journal, and does not violate any existing copyright or third-party rights.

 

  1. The author(s) confirm that they have the complete authority to engage in this agreement as the sole author(s) and that giving publishing rights to the Journal does not violate any other obligations.

                                                     

  1. The article does not contain any content that is illegal, libellous or that would violate any contractual, confidential, or secrecy obligations if published.

 

  1. The author(s) have made a conscious effort to maintain the integrity of their article. According to their understanding, all assertions in their text that claim to be facts are truthful, and will not result in any harm or damage to the user.
